Jeffrey Lowe is an Immigration and Business lawyer, and has practised
law in British Columbia since 1983. He was educated at the University
of British Columbia, and has both a Bachelor of Commerce and a
Bachelor of Laws degree. Jeffrey is the founder and Chief Inspirational
Officer of Lowe & Company, which has acted for clients from over 65
countries since 1990. He is considered an innovator in the convergence

Immigration Regulations, Jeffrey uses “out of the box” thinking to seek creative solutions to overcome
obstacles, and help clients bring in mission critical foreign workers on time.
Jeffrey has also acted for churches, parachurch organizations, and seminaries to
bring in foreign clergy,
executives, and other religious workers to Canada from many different countries.
He has published
several articles on Religious Worker immigration issues for the Canadian Council
of Christian
Charities, and has spoken at their Annual Conference.
