Jeffrey also assists Canadian and multinational companies and charitable organizations to bring in foreign workers to Canada. Using tools such as NAFTA, GATS, Provincial Nominee Programs and the Immigration Regulations, Jeffrey uses “out of the box” thinking to seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles, and help clients bring in mission critical foreign workers on time.

Jeffrey has also acted for churches, parachurch organizations, and seminaries to bring in foreign clergy, executives, and other religious workers to Canada from many different countries. He has published several articles on Religious Worker immigration issues for the Canadian Council of Christian Charities, and has spoken at their Annual Conference.
